Coretax: Can Tax Management Be Delegated?

Blog Article

The management of a Coretax account can be handled by an appointed Administrator/Representative or Proxy.

In Coretax, the management of a tax account to fulfill tax rights and obligations can be carried out by an appointed Administrator/Representative or Proxy. This concept is known as "impersonating." Through this concept, it is expected that access security will improve, as only the Administrator/Representative or Proxy can manage the account.

Steps to register a Representative as a tax administrator:

1. The Representative/Proxy logs in with their personal NIK/NPWP (16 digits).
2. The Representative/Proxy selects impersonating on behalf of the represented entity (Business/Individual).
3. The Representative/Proxy performs activities based on the assigned access role.
4. Signatures on all documents will use the sign of the Taxpayer/Representative/Proxy (there will no longer be a corporate electronic certificate).

There will be options to select the role for Business Entity/Individual Taxpayer:

- Main Account, which is the Coretax account of an Individual as themselves.
- Taxpayers, a list of Coretax accounts of the Business Entity/Individuals they represent.

If acting as a Representative/Proxy, the role of the represented party will be shown (you are currently impersonating user).
