Blog Article

Taxpayer Account Management is the process of managing tax information for taxpayers including their profiles, SPT (Annual Tax Report) history, rights and obligations. It provides up-to-date and comprehensive access, available anytime, and anywhere. TAM presents tax data in a single easily accessible interface, facilitating the usage of available services.

There are two mechanisms provided such as profile summary and ledger. The profile summary provides information on tax rights and obligations for each taxation business process. Ledger records transactions of each taxpayer in the form of debits and credits. The debits record taxpayer’s obligations, such as underpayment SPT reporting and issuance of legal products resulting in underpayment. For credits, it records the rights owned, such as recording payments made, SPT returning report, and issuance of overpayment SKP (Notice of Tax Assessment).
